Maintenance release for unattended native release downloads.

- A protected Dagu publication root waits for the authenticated OVH artifact
  child, validates both Linux archives and tagged source, then publishes an
  immutable version directory at the native download site.
- Tagged builds include a public Git source archive, checksums and exact
  commit/tree metadata. Build workers receive no publication credentials.
- The existing five-minute native watcher, pinned Go image and build isolation
  remain in place. Historical native artifact branches and GitHub assets retain
  their original bytes.

This follows the four native polling and run-ID maintenance commits since
v0.1.1. Photo import behavior and the interactive wizard are unchanged. Install
`rclone` separately. This release does not establish the external LAB-438 native
required-check writer or migrate the weekly dependency candidate job.
