Move Go verification, release builds and AUR publication to repository-owned
Dagu workflows using native Entire source and the existing OVH worker.

- Publish Linux, macOS and Windows amd64/arm64 archives, Linux DEB/RPM packages,
  source archives, release notes and SHA-256 checksums at
  https://automation.izoone.com/releases/emqutiti/.
- Build AUR packages without root or publication credentials; verify their
  source and package identity before server-side metadata publication.
- Preserve immutable published files and make identical publication retries
  safe. Remove disposable Go module caches after worker completion.

Application Go sources and dependencies are unchanged from v0.7.15. This release
does not update Flatpak or the separately maintained Flathub source manifest.
Existing GitHub releases remain available as historical downloads; new native
Go tags are published only on Entire.
